Job Description:
We have partnered with a well-known, global manufacture who is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of 7 surgical product reps in New England and Upstate NY. Prospective candidates must live in the great Boston area.
Our company is very established in their segment and a strong leader, mentor and sales rep developer is needed for a territory with good IDN/GPO contracts in place with plenty of room for growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of management experience in medical device/surgical market.
- Hands on leadership philosophy. Not afraid to get your hands dirty and work in the field with the team.
- Good knowledge of the New England hospital, IDN and GPO environment.
- Ability and willingness to spend up to 50% of your time on the road in your region.
