Job Description:

We have partnered with an established, global manufacturer of critical care equipment. They are looking for Sales Representative to sell their equipment service contracts in the MidWest Region. Market segments include: interventional cardiology, anesthesiology, critical care, cardiovascular and general surgery. You must have personality and skill set for sales as well as being tech savy and be able to boil down complex solutions into an effective and impactful sales presentation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales of the product services contracts by aligning products to customer workflow & technical requirements, product demos, creating quotes and closing deals. 
  • You will interact with a team made up of capital equpment sales reps, clinical applications reps and Field Service Techs during sales process to determine the needs to best position the client's solution.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle with the goal of achieving/surpassing a sales quota.
  • Provide account support as required per the strategic plan for each account. Work with other internal departments ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA a plus.
  • 3 yrs of sales experience in medical service sales; Clinical sales or applications experience with hospital capital a plus.
  • Strong computer skills-  Excel, DMI quote system & crm software, Power Point, etc.
  • Consultative selling skills and the ability to understand customer needs and translate into a solution by clearly present clinical as well as business benefits
