Job Description:

We are working with a global, publicly traded company who is a well-established and respected manufacturer of hospital products in multiple areas of healthcare. They are looking a currently looking in Central and Northern FL for an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) Manager to cover all of FL and GA. You will be responsible for negotiating new contracts and well as being the point person for the Systems they are already contracted with. Previous negotiating experience at the C-Level in IDNs as well as relationships with Supply Chain/Value analysis is required for this role.



  • Driving sales growth at assigned IDN Networks in Florida and Georgia. You will be charged with securing new contracts as well as expanding sales with current customers.
  • Developing relationships with clinical, financial, operational and other key decision makers including value analysis teams, purchasing, pharmacy and medical/surgical and perioperative managers.
  • Working with the Area Sales VP & Regional Sales Managers to develop IDN growth strategies and coordinating it all with the field sales team.
  • Working collaboratively with an entire sales team is crucial to your success. Previous dotted line or direct sales leadership experience is preferred.
  • you will be the face of the company for customer feedback, issues and potential new opportunities. You will also be the conduit of that information back to the company.



  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years consultative and sales experience of a physical product in healthcare/medical device industry
  • Previous large account negotiation success with multiple clinical preference products or devices.
  • Previous track record of multiple years of exceed sales quotas.
  • Successful and disciplined use of a defined sales process and pipeline management
  • Overnight travel up to 50% is required. We are looking in for candidates based in Jacksonville, Orlando or Tampa/St. Pete
