Job Description:

Our client is a manufacturer of top of the line technology in the acute care respiratory space. This is an established company on the rise. They are expanding their marketing team and are looking for a new Senior Marketing Communications Manager based in the greater Chicago area. Responsibilities

  • Define product marketing strategy and communicate to the commercial team. Support lifecycle management and pricing strategy.  Provide guidance on tools that will increase acceptance and adoption of the client's solution

  • Lead cross-functional partners to execute new product launches. Work with upstream cross functional teams to represent US business needs.  Prepare all launch materials and work with commination team to create multi-channel programs.

  • Work with clinical team to define areas in existing clinical data that need attention.  Define and roll out marketing message for new clinical data.

  • Own downstream customer voices and patient journey.  Define that  experience and create a road map for understanding the patient experience.  Provide insight on the changing customer experience and how we can modify our message to reach core customers.

  • Work with marketing strategy team to define new business channel opportunities.  Define market size and growth rate.  Lead customer interviews to understand business channel and how best to capture new markets.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in MedTech/Healthcare Marketing

  • Healthcare sales experience in hospital setting

  • Demonstrated leadership in leading and working on cross-functional teams

  • Must be energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative, strategic, and highly accountable

  • Must have excellent communication – written and oral, and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, prioritize assignments and multi-task

  • Proven experience in creating a strategic work plan and executing programs to achieve specific goals
