Job Description:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of company marketing programs for one or more products or business franchises.  Specifically, the position is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that increases market share penetration and maximizes revenues and profits.  This includes managing the marketing and business operations of designated product(s), including supporting the distribution and factory/manufacturer relationships, sales forecasting, local market evaluation and Voice of Customer (VOC) collection, managing quality and product complaints, product promotion, and supporting US regulatory compliance and commercialization activities.  In addition, the Marketing Manager performs technical sales support, product advertising/promotion, pricing and lifecycle management planning support, exhibit presence, competitive intel, multi-channel product/therapy promotion and launch planning and execution.  



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business; MBA Preferred.
  • 5 years of marketing experience preferably in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Prior downstream marketing experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills proven into the Long-Term Care Market, Biomedical, Clinical, and Executive Level.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing programs and sales tools.
  • Independent self-starter - lots of energy required to keep up with a fast paced, growing team.
  • Ability to travel as needed - usually 40% of the time but more to begin with due to training and on-boarding.
