Warner Search Group is looking to hire a sharp Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!

Our established practice within the Medical Equipment arena focuses on positions in Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Consulting and Operations just to name a few. Job Purpose: Works with Coordinating Team to provide support to the Executive Recruitment team.  This position will coordinate various recruiting activities such as hiring events, sourcing support, administrative assistance and additional projects/duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and filter high volume of applicants
  • Answer daily calls from clients and candidates as needed.
  • Source ATS and job boards to find top talent for our clients.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and set appointments as needed.
  • Resolve applicant inquiries related to open positions.


  • At least 2 years of prior administrative or clerical experience
  • Computer savvy (internet research, database management) with recent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • You must also be a real critical thinker and problem solver.
