Job Description:

We are searching for a long-time client who is a premier manufacturer of critical care capital equipment. They are an established player in their market segments and have multiple divisions. This position is in their Patient Monitoring division. They are in need of a highly motivated Clinical Education Manager to lead a 10-person team of Clinical Specialist who are out in the field supporting the sales team. We are looking in all major cities in the West and Mid West areas of the country. 


  • Leading, managing and mentoring a team of Clinical Specialists. Duties include: performance reviews, expense report approvals, screening and interviewing potential new team members, coordination and program for new clinical hires.
  • Coordination of pre-installation meetings with Sales, Service, and Customer to assure effective customer training and education.
  • Act as liaison between the clinical team and other departments: Tech Support, Service, Engineering and Product Management to meet all customer needs
  • BSN required with with a current license from an accredited nursing institution with 5+ years active nursing experience.
  • At least 3 years successfully managing a clinical specialist team
  • Ability to travel extensively (70+%). This one is a deal breaker if this level of weekly travel does not fit for your career goals. 
  • Medical device installation and customer support experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the critical care area of the hospital and hands on experience with patient monitoring
  • Experience in the education of fellow nurses using medical equipment.
